MissionPoint Model in Ogul Village:
A Beacon of Hope and Transformation
The MissionPoint model in Ogul Village, Uganda, stands as a testament to the power of community-driven development and strategic intervention. What began as a vision for a self-sustaining community has now become a thriving hub of education, faith, and opportunity.
SCHOOL
The heart of the MissionPoint is a fully operational school, providing quality education to over 400 children. The school offers a safe and supportive environment where students can learn and grow, breaking the cycle of poverty through the power of knowledge.
WATER WELL
Access to clean water has been transformative for the residents of Ogul. The water well not only ensures safe drinking water but also improves health and hygiene, drastically reducing water-borne illnesses and providing a vital resource for the entire village.
CHURCH
Ogul Village is home to a vibrant church that serves as both a spiritual center and a place for community gatherings. The church provides guidance, support, and a sense of unity, fostering a strong, faith-based community.
Life Skills Classroom
A dedicated space for teaching essential life skills equips community members with practical knowledge, such as farming techniques, sewing, and financial literacy. These skills enable villagers to pursue sustainable livelihoods and enhance their economic prospects.
Farming Area
A portion of land is allocated for community farming, promoting food security and providing hands-on agricultural training. This initiative supports both the nutritional needs of the community and the economic development of Ogul Village.
Future Plans: medical facility
We are currently working towards establishing a medical clinic to address minor health concerns, ensuring that the community has access to basic healthcare services close to home.

At Amigos Internacionales, our church ministry is dedicated to spreading the message of hope, love, and salvation in Uganda and Tanzania through the teachings of Jesus Christ. We have built and supported numerous churches, serving as pillars of faith and community. Our efforts have led to the transformation of many lives, baptized thousands of people accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. These achievements reflect our commitment to fostering spiritual growth and providing a sense of belonging.

Amigos is committing 2.5 million dollars over the next 5 years to complete this task. We are asking foundations, churches, donors and grants to help us accomplish this task. It is a major undertaking but the results will see tens of thousands of new believers in the coming years.
Each missionpoint should average over 500 people coming to know the Lord each year.
