Our Journey
Amigos and its generous donors are transforming lives by building vibrant communities for South Sudanese refugees in Northern Uganda. Together, we are pioneering efforts to create havens of hope and renewal in remote African regions, extending compassion to those often overlooked.

Our Proven MissionPoint Model: Ogul Village
In Ogul Village, Uganda, we’ve successfully implemented the MissionPoint model. The community now has a school where children are learning every day, a church that serves as a spiritual center, a water well that provides clean water, a classroom dedicated to life skills training, and a portion of land for farming. Looking ahead, part of our future initiatives in Ugul is the establishment of a medical clinic to address minor illnesses, further enhancing the well-being of the community.

Children Fed Each Day in Third-World Countries
For only $38 US you can sponsor a child in Uganda for a year of school, clothing, books and supplies. This $38 monthly will get you a quarterly video checkup of your child with Patrick as your personal connection to this child. If you are interested in sponsoring, please check the children's profile to know them.
We believes everyone deserves access to clean water. Amigos can establish water wells, providing sustainable water sources for communities. This will free women from carrying water long distances, allowing them to focus on their families and opportunities.
Your contribution also promotes health and reduces waterborne diseases.
For just $10, you can provide a Bible in Swahili or Acholi to a child in need. Missionpoint is building churches in rural Tanzania and northern Uganda's refugee camps, where God's Word is desperately needed. Will you help by providing a Bible today?
During's most critical moments, Amigos has consistently risen to the occasion, lending a helping hand. Whether it was in Japan, Iran, or Latin America, Amigos has been unfailingly answered the call for assistance, providing aid and support.
The profound issue of food scarcity in the world results in systemic malnutrition, perpetuating a cycle of lifelong learning and physical disabilities. We are growing gardens and fighting food insecurity every place we go.
Amigos is dedicated to constructing new schools in Uganda and Tanzania, actively working towards improving educational opportunities in these regions. Focusing primarily on vulnerable children, we seek to give these children every opportunity.
